Capital Project Solutions Joins Karen Johnson, Nashville Davidson County Register of Deeds, at Open House Celebration of New Location
The Nashville Davidson County Register of Deeds Office hosted an ‘Open House’ on Thursday, August 7 at its new location at 300 Deaderick Street with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:30 a.m.
This new location underwent an extensive 13-month long, two-phase renovation totaling nearly 15,000 square feet with the construction team consisting of CPS joining forces with several other construction, engineering.
The new, open workplace concept, similar to those adopted by companies like Google and Microsoft, are now becoming more prominent in government, allowing for greater collaboration and transparency by removing walls and breaking down barriers to adapt more effectively to evolving customer needs with improved efficiency.
An array of services including access to archives, microfilm, microfiche, old index books, specialized databases, and use of computer workstations are just a few of the current services. Additional new services are expected that will include Real ID Licenses, Passports, and a Veterans ID booth.
The office relocated from Bridgestone Arena in May of 2024 to its current home after being there for more than 21 years
